1 Executive Summary

Use this template to plan the implementation of [Solution or Service] at [Company Name]. Define ownership, scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria, testing, launch activities, and support. Replace bracketed fields, confirm dates, and mark workstreams that do not apply as out of scope. The Implementation Team may be internal, external, or a combination of both.

Target implementation window: [Start Date] to [Go Live Date]. Confirm the schedule after reviewing scope, resources, external approvals, technical complexity, and data readiness. Company means the adopting organization; Implementation Team means the team delivering the solution.

Implementation Objectives

Establish the company environment, organizational structure, commercial arrangements, and user access.

Configure business rules, approval processes, and reporting using company requirements.

Enable and validate connections with approved third-party systems.

Configure inbound and outbound communication channels and related workflows, where in scope.

Train users, complete user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve launch blockers, and obtain production approval.

Transition the solution into production with clear operational ownership and launch support.

2 Scope and Success Criteria
